Conveniently located on Central Vancouver Island, we’ve served as a premier Antique Store in Chemainus for over three decades. We’re committed to providing high-quality, gently used & sometimes eclectic merchandise in a tasteful, affordable way. We also accept goods on consignment.

Welcome! The Highway Antique Barn was built in the 1980’s specifically to be used as an antique store. There is over 5,000 square feet with approximately 38 dealers that are currently in the store, with a variety of antiques, collectibles and vintage treasures.

We not only have beautiful furniture, like the solid walnut Gibbard dining room table and six chairs, or the polished solid bronze water feature statues of children dressed as firemen playing with the fire hose with such fine details; we also have a large selection of beautiful jewelry and amazing treasures from all over the world, including England and France.
​
The Highway Antique Barn came under new ownership in 2019, and some renovations and a little sprucing have begun at the store. This includes a new permanent home for Ironman, which has become a favorite for all ages to have their picture taken beside.

If you are clearing out your home or downsizing and are not sure what to do with everything, give us a call to see if we would be interested in any of your items. Those old Christmas decorations, cookbooks or tools might be what we are looking for!
